The Projects Management Unit

The Projects Management Unit has the responsibility of managing Gulf Medical Turn Key projects for renovating and integrating Operating Theaters, ICU, CSSD and Physiotherapy in all medical sectors in the Kingdom. 

PMU manages the projects from inception through construction and beyond. We endeavor to develop a project plan, appointed to organize highly complex activities and manage resources and develop facilities to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals in adherence to deadlines and commitment to milestones. In addition the process of the handing and training the end-users on the new installed system.

Every project is a new challenge for us to achieve all of the project goals and objectives with respect to the preconceived main project constraints (Quality and Time).

Service Department

THE MOST INVESTED DEPARTMENT IN GULF MEDICAL

• One of the highly growing departments in GULF MEDICAL is the Service Department, which comprises more than 25 biomedical engineers whose sole responsibility is to cover market needs and after sale service.
• Establishing a new customer service program and hot line to cover customer complaints and service calls around the clock.
• Opening of 2 new workshops in Riyadh and Jeddah where all units and instruments get tested and repaired under strict manufacturer guidelines by certified engineers and service technicians.
