The Projects Planning & Development Unit at GMC has been structured with full sales and service engineers servicing customer needs throughout the kingdom and covering all major cities and based in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. A project management team has also been implemented supervised by a highly experienced project manager with a team fully equipped to be certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) for a Project Management for Professionals (PMP) certification.

No third party outsourcing in project design and implementation except for minor civil works that is completely supervised and managed by GMC.
