History For over 14 years, GMC has been tackling the field of GI consumables in partnership with one of market leaders in this field Boston Scientific. Over the years, our specialization and dedication for this field have grown tremendously. Consumables for urological procedures were added also from Boston Scientific and in early 2000’s, the team has grown to handle most of the medical technologies used in Endoscopy suits: Ambulatory pH measurement, Esophageal Manometery, Anorectal Functional Testing and other procedural technologies. In 2006, Endoscopy core hardware had been added from Karl Storz Endoscopy. A major breakthrough is achieved in 2008 when Shockwaves Applications team with its focus on Urology and Rehabilitation disciplines has merged with GI/Uro team. The portfolio has expanded greatly and more focus was appointed to Urology field beside the new unexplored field along the history of GMC which is Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy which was aggressively tackled with great results in a very short period.
